Jeffrey Haggerty
Proprietor Jeffrey Haggerty started working life in 1977 at Oscar Faber and Partners St Albans as Trainee Civil Engineer Technician.
Attended St Albans college of Building gained technical qualifications.
1980 to 1986 specialised in Aerated Concrete from design drawing to supervising construction on site.
1987 Professional Technical Services to Architects and Engineers practises and Contractors, design, drawing, schedules of works, contract supervision, planning submissions, building regulation submissions, structural calculation and detailing. Site investigations, subsidence monitoring. Problem solving on site.
2003 – Corporate membership of The Association of Building Engineers.
Professional indemnity insurance cover, Public Liability insurance cover – copies of certificates available on request.
Providing Architectural, Surveying and Engineering solutions direct to clients, mainly domestic market. From single storey extensions to new builds.
Specialising in building repair, structural repairs, underpinning and contract supervision.
2010 specialised skills NVQ assessor. Appointed on ASUC ( association of specialised underpinning contractors, subsidence repairs, underpinning, retrofit basements and engineered foundations) as their approved assessor and sit on the executive committee.
